Barrick has conducted several informational meetings to the community regarding the Pascua-Lama project. Recently, it has prepared an Environmental Impact Study, (EIA), in December of 2004, with a list of modifications to the project.
Barrick has informed the community of these modifications, to initiate the participation of the citizens. They participate in the process with their observations about the modifications.
